Our Funeral Packages We offer inclusive funeral options which have been created to make arranging a funeral as straightforward as possible. We believe funeral pricing should be clear and easy to understand.

But we also offer something unique. A smaller, more personable service, in our own unique Dragonfly Chapel. Named after Tj’s late Mum, Janice - who is represented by a Dragonfly. This Chapel seats 15, with 5 standing in the family room.

It has personal artwork from Tj’s family on the walls; soft lighting; acoustic panels; and banquet style chairs. We called it the “Forget Me Not” service, in keeping with the flower names given to our other service packages.

The Forget-Me-Not service is just £2000.00

We wanted to offer families an alternative to a Direct Cremation (being pushed so hard in the media these days - it’s not for everyone, even though we offer it ourselves).

The service includes the coffin; the cremation fees and transportation of your loved one to Gedling Crematorium; Tj as the Celebrant; your choice of music and even a TV screen where a picture of your loved one can be displayed throughout the service. The service start time is from 4pm onwards - and there is no time limit on it either.

Your loved one will be resting in a sealed coffin in the Chapel awaiting your arrival - you can share your own readings; touch the coffin - even write a message on it if you want to. It’s your service.

You can bring flowers - or you can borrow our own artificial coffin spray, (thanks to a generous donation from a previous family) and you can have custom made Order of Service booklets, priced at just £2 each, if you want to add on something extra.

Once the service is concluded, you make your way home or onto another venue to continue sharing memories and stories - maybe even raise a glass or two in honour of their memory.

The next day (although depending on crematorium availability, it may sometimes take a little longer), our staff take your loved one for an unattended cremation service at Gedling crematorium. Your loved one’s ashes may be collected from there, or we can collect for you, and you then collect from either the Carlton or Arnold branches.

Forget-Me-Not may be small and simple but it’s respectful and professional - and allows you the time to say goodbye, without all the stress and worry of organising (and paying for) a big service.

No fuss, doesn’t mean no funeral.

If the Forget-Me-Not service isn’t for you, then we have several other traditional packages that have the usual elements of hearse transportation and limousines.

Cremation fees are not included in the Lilac, Rose, Orchid or Bespoke options because of the different charges between crematoriums and various price differences within crematoriums, depending on what time the service may take place. (Funeral Directors do not control these prices, sadly.) But these fees are usually no more than £1400.00.

Burial fees are similar to cremation fees, but do not include the purchase of a grave, and are available on request, as again, it depends on type of grave and which location you require.
