Personal Wishes
Record your funeral wishes clearly for peace of mind.
Personal Wishes:
Below, you will find a form you can download and print to record your funeral wishes. It’s not legally binding, but if you sign, date and have the form witnessed, it will carry more weight than just a note.
Death isn’t something any of us want to think about, but it is something that comes to us all. It doesn’t care what age you are, what gender you identify as, or how much money (or not) you have in your bank account. It isn’t particularly choosey over how old you are either - none of us know how long we get to experience this wonderful gift we call life.
By filling out this form and putting it with your will - or stashing it with your bank details or some other place that your family would look should something happen to you - it can take a bit of the pressure off them, stopping them from wondering what you may have wanted.
Sometimes, as Funeral Directors - we see the turmoil experienced when a family doesn’t even know if their loved one wanted to be buried or cremated.
So take a few minutes and jot down a few things you think you might like at your service
